Kim DoreThe team was responsive on WhatsApp which made our arrival and pick up at the airport smoother. We crossed the boarders via e-passport which took us less time than they anticipated. Diego picked us up even tho he was not our designated chauffeur. We met our chauffeur on our way to Tulum and switched cars then. We really appreciated the effort they put in not letting us wait too long at the airport. Would recommend to anyone

After researching and looking at 2 other companies that were double the price, we decided on this company. We booked a private shuttle and before during and after our transfers, we always had great communication with them. Amaniary answered all my questions and concerns in a timely and prompt manner. Erick picked us up from Cancun Airport and Azael from the hotel and they both were on time and helpful. The van was clean, big and AC was working perfectly. We had issues with both our flights to and from, which resulted in a change of pick up times. In both cases, we were worried because of the changes of pick up times, but they said no problem, we will be there for you and they were. I whole heartedly would recommend CanDian Transfers and Tours. You won’t be sorry!

We took transfers from the airport, between resorts in Puerto Morelos and Playa Del Carmen, and then back to the airport. Drivers on time, courteous, friendly ... good conversations with all of them. Vehicles were first-class, clean, newer models. Great company to do business with, whenever you're in the Mayan Riviera or Yucatan, contact CanaDian, you'll have a 5-star transfer.
